Spyros Trigazis was born in 1943 and spent his early years in Pyrgos. After serving in the army, he emigrated, arriving first in Ottawa before settling in Toronto. He worked at the Frontenac Arms Hotel and later owned and operated two taverns that featured live music and entertainment. Though he briefly returned to Greece, he returned to Canada and remained largely detached from the broader Greek community.
